This place is awesome. They had my van fixed up in two days. Full brake replacement, cracked ebrake rotor, fixed an engine issue without asking. Great place and service. Brought my van to a tire shop in Placentia and they messed up my brakes really bad. Said they couldn’t help because the parts didn’t exist… for a Ford. This place knew all about how other shops fail at this models brake job and assured me they will have it fixed with no issues. They did! Very happy with the service I received.

Amazing team! Roger and Memphis are very professional, knowledgeable, friendly and actually care about customer satisfaction. Thanks for making the experience with get new tires not so painful!! Keep up the great work. Will certainly come back with our other vehicles for service and repair.

Roger helped me get 4 new tires on my vehicle and made the process quick and easy. The staff was friendly and helpful, and the service was great. I’ll definitely be back for future tire and service needs. Highly recommend! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Big Brand Tire was absolutely amazing! I called them before closing last night and my tires were installed today. The people that work there are very honest and very nice. You don't feel pressured one bit, and that's important to me. They gave me the best price after calling multiple tire shops. I couldn't be more happy with the overall experience!

Service so good we took three trucks here to get new tires, and a trailer too! Roger, Store Manager, was great tow til with. He’s been at this location for two decades! When I went to pick up our truck and trailer he made sure to review the work completed. Can’t say enough good thing about this place.
